Hawaii Plantation Village Taro Patch
We couldn't let Halloween pass without a trip to one of our favorite haunts - the Hawaii Plantation Village in Waipahu. We were disappointed to find that the path along the taro patch was gated off. When we asked the park's curator why they blocked off the path, he simply said, "The place gave him the creeps." My sister and I decided to take some pictures anyway. We snapped some shots from above the fence and managed to slip into the area to get some shots of the lo'i.
An odd looking orb is seen rising from the taro patch. The orb is dark with two smaller, lighter orbs within it that look like eyes.
