Perpetual Orb at the Pali Lookout

The Pali Lookout is a windy location so whenever photographs are taken there, dust orbs are almost always present.  There is one orb however, that seems to linger on the railing that borders the cliff.  My sister has taken many photographs of this area and the orb on the railing is always there.  Many suicidal jumpers have ended their lives by leaping off the cliff.  Could this be the energy of someone who has regrets about leaving this life?

Here is another shot of the railing.  There many dust orbs flying around, but the same large orb can be seen still wrapped around the far end of the railing.
